1) Acceptance

By clicking a button labeled “Submit” (or similar) or by using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. For enforceability, we present these links next to the action button. 2) Who may use the site

The site is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their email, contact us so we can delete it. (COPPA applies to sites directed to children or that actually know they collect from under-13s.) 3) What we do

Nueve publishes information about our services. You may leave your email to:
a) receive our offer/response that you requested; and/or
b) receive product updates and news from us (“Updates”).
We do not provide user accounts or paid subscriptions. You may optionally book a call via Calendly at the end of the flow.

4) Email communications

• Offer replies. If you give us your email to get an offer, we’ll use it only to respond and follow up on that request.

• Updates/newsletter. If you opt in, we’ll send occasional Updates. Every message contains a one-click Unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly (within 10 business days at the latest). Our emails include our physical postal address, as required by CAN-SPAM. Federal Trade Commission+1

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to: (i) violate laws; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the site; (iii) bypass security; (iv) scrape or harvest emails at scale; or (v) use bots to send automated requests. We may suspend access for abuse.

6) Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, branding) is owned by Nueve or its licensors. No license is granted except for normal browsing and sharing links to our public pages.

7) Disclaimers

The site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons. If we make material changes, we’ll post a notice on the site or email you at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, with courts in Wrocław, Poland having jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence require otherwise.
